I am a Self-Leadership Development Instructor, Coach and Speaker specializing in the practical application of self-awareness in real life and real leadership. My work is grounded in years of training, lived experience, and deep personal practice — not theory alone. I help leaders, educators, caregivers, and professionals strengthen their ability to regulate emotions, navigate pressure, communicate clearly, and lead themselves with steadiness.
